Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are the rights of cyber malls and users in using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by Viteswit Jewels Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as "mall") operated by Norfi Company (e-commerce operator).The purpose is to define obligations and responsibilities.

PCThese terms and conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to e-commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc., unless it is contrary to its nature.


Article 2 (Definitions)

The term "mall" means a virtual business establishment in which Norfi Company Co., Ltd. can trade goods, etc. using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users, and also means a business operator operating a cyber mall.

The term "user" means a member or non-member who accesses the "Mall" and receives the services provided by the "Mall" in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member in the "Mall" and can continuously use the services provided by the "Mall".

The term "non-member" means a person who does not join a member and uses the services provided by the Mall.


Article 3 (Specification, explanation and revision of terms and conditions, etc.)

"Mall" means the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the trade name and the name of the representative, the address of the place of business (including the address of the place where the consumer's complaint can be handled), and the telephone number.The copy delivery number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail order report number, personal information protection manager, etc. are posted on the initial service screen (front) of 00 Cyber Mall so that users can easily know them. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by the user through the connection screen.

"The mall withdraws subscription among the contents stipulated in the terms and conditions before the user agrees to the terms and conditions.A separate connection screen or pop-up screen should be provided to help the user understand important information such as delivery liability and refund conditions.

The term "mall" may be amended to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in E-Commerce, the Regulation of Terms, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signatures Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Networks, and the Framework Act on Consumers.

When "Mall" amends the terms and conditions, it shall be notified on the initial screen of the mall from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date along with the current terms and conditions. However, if the contents of the terms and conditions are changed against the user, it will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days. In this case, the "mall" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them so that users can understand them easily.

If "Mall" amends the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the amendment shall apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the terms and conditions before the amendment shall apply. However, if a user who has already signed a contract wants to be subject to the revised terms and conditions within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph 3 and receives the consent of the "mall", the revised terms and conditions shall apply.

Matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions and interpretations of these terms shall be governed by the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, the Regulation of terms and conditions, and the Consumer Protection Guidelines in e-commerce and related laws or commercial cases.


Article 4 (Provision and modification of services)

The "Mall" performs the following tasks:

1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts

2. Delivery of goods or services with a purchase contract

3. Other duties prescribed by the "Mall"

"Mall" may change the contents of goods or services to be provided by the contract concluded in the future in the event that goods or services are out of stock or technical specifications are changed. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of delivery shall be immediately announced at the place where the contents of the current goods or services are posted.

If the contents of the service contracted by the "Mall" are changed due to reasons such as out of stock, etc. or changes in technical specifications, the reason shall be notified immediately to the address where the user can be notified.

In the case of the preceding paragraph, the "mall" compensates the user for damages caused by this. However, this is not the case if the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.


Article 5 (Discontinuation of service)

"Mall" is a maintenance inspection of information and communication facilities such as computers.Service provision may be temporarily suspended in the event of replacement, failure, or loss of communication.

The "Mall" shall compensate the user or a third party for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the provision of services due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (1). However, this is not the case if the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.

If the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, or integration between companies, the "mall" shall notify the user in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and compensate the consumer according to the conditions originally proposed in the "mall". However, if the "Mall" does not notify the compensation standard, the mileage or reserves of the users shall be paid to the user in kind or cash corresponding to the currency value used in the "Mall".


Article 6 (Membership registration)

The user applies for membership by filling in the membership information according to the membership form determined by the "Mall" and expressing his/her intention to agree to these terms and conditions.

The "Mall" shall be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs among users who have applied for membership as shown in paragraph (1):

1. Exceptions shall be made when an applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Agreement, but three years have passed since he/she lost his/her membership under Article 7 (3).

2. Where there is a false, omission, or mistake in the registration details;

3. Where it is deemed that registration as a member is significantly hindered by the technology of the "mall"

The timing of the establishment of the membership contract shall be the time when the consent of the "mall" reaches the member.

If there is a change in the matters registered at the time of membership, the member shall notify the "mall" of the change by modifying the member information within a considerable period of time.


Article 7 (Withdrawal of members and loss of qualification, etc.)

Members may request withdrawal from the "Mall" at any time, and the "Mall" shall process withdrawal immediately.

Where a member falls under any of the following reasons, the "mall" may restrict or suspend his/her membership:

1. If false information is registered at the time of application for membership

2. Where the member fails to pay the amount of goods, etc. purchased using the "Mall" or other obligations borne by the member in connection with the use of the "Mall" on the due date;

3. In case of threatening the e-commerce order, such as interfering with other people's "mall" use or stealing the information;

4. In the case of using the "Mall" to prohibit laws and regulations or to act contrary to public morals;

"Mall" restricts membership.After suspension, if the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the "mall" may lose its membership.

If the "mall" loses its membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In such cases, the member shall be notified of this, and an opportunity to clarify at least 30 days before the member registration is canceled shall be given.


Article 8 (Notification to Members)

If the "Mall" notifies a member, the member may make an agreement with the "Mall" in advance to the designated e-mail address.

"Mall" may be substituted for individual notifications by posting on the "Mall" bulletin board for more than one week in the case of notification to an unspecified number of members. However, individual notifications are made on matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transaction.


Article 9 (Purchase application)

A user of "Mall" shall apply for purchase by the following or similar means on "Mall", and "Mall" shall provide the following information in an easy-to-understand manner when the user applies for purchase:

1. Search and select goods, etc

2. Enter recipient's name, address, phone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number)

3. Terms and conditions, services with limited withdrawal rights, and shipping charges.Confirmation of details related to the cost burden of installation costs, etc

4. Signs that agree to these terms and conditions and confirm or reject the above item 3. (e.g., click the mouse)

5. Consent to the application for purchase of goods, etc. and confirmation or confirmation of "mall" thereof

6. Selection of payment method

If the "Mall" needs to provide or entrust the buyer's personal information to a third party, the buyer's consent shall be obtained at the time of actual purchase application, and comprehensive consent shall not be obtained in advance when registering as a member. In this case, the "mall" shall specify to the buyer the items of personal information provided, the recipient, the purpose of using the personal information of the recipient, the period of retention and use, etc. However, if there are other provisions in related statutes, such as entrustment of personal information processing under Article 25 (1) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., it shall apply.


Article 10 (Establishment of a contract)

The "Mall" may refuse to accept an application for purchase as referred to in Article 9 if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs: However, in the case of signing a contract with a minor, if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained, the minor himself or the legal representative must notify that the contract can be canceled.

1. Where there is a false, missing, or erroneous description in the application

2. Where a minor purchases goods and services prohibited by the Youth Protection Act, such as tobacco and alcohol;

3. In the case where it is determined that accepting the purchase application is significantly interfering with the "mall"

The contract shall be deemed to have been established at the time when the consent of the "Mall" reaches the user in the form of a notification of receipt under Article 12 (1).

The expression of intention to accept the "Mall" shall include information on the confirmation of the user's application for purchase, whether it is possible to sell, cancellation of correction of the purchase application, etc.


Article 11 (Payment method)

The payment method for goods or services purchased at the "Mall" may be made by any of the following methods.
